Some people wish to make their funeral arrangements in advance, easing the burden on those left behind.

For this reason, we are able to discuss your requirements with you and keep a confidential record of the relevant details for future reference.

Alternatively, we are able to offer a Prepaid Funeral Plan. This can be settled by monthly instalments or as a single, one-off payment. Effectively, this means that your current wishes are carried out at today's prices - you will not be asked to pay any more in the future. Unless you decide to change any of the arrangements, once you have paid for your Plan there is nothing extra to fund - no membership charges, hidden extras or loose ends.

For total security, your funeral payments are placed in a secure trust fund. We provide a legally binding contract which guarantees that your funeral arrangements will be carried out exactly as you wish, when required, at no further cost.

What happens if I move to a different area?

You may select a different funeral director or amend your existing arrangements. If you simply move house within the same area, remember to let us know so that we can amend your records.

What if I die before my instalment payments are complete?

Your funeral will still be carried out. The balance due would be paid by your family or from your estate.

What if my situation changes after I've paid for my Plan?

If you experience a change of circumstances (e.g. move to another country) which may necessitate a refund, one will be provided in full.

What if I change my mind about the arrangements?

You are quite at liberty to make alterations to your funeral arrangements - simply let us know the changes.

Is my money safe?

All monies in any of the funeral trust funds which we use are maintained as a separate legal entity. This means that they are underwritten to safeguard the payments of the customers. Your funeral would be paid for as and when required exactly to the specification of your Plan.

What happens if I live to be 100?

No matter how old you are, no matter how much funeral costs may rise, you and your loved ones will never be asked for a penny more for the arrangements selected.
