Donations Headstones & Monumental Masonry
We have found that people sometimes prefer to give a donation to a local charity or organisation in memory of the deceased person - and, indeed, the deceased sometimes specify it as their wish that donations be given in lieu of flowers.
At Littleproud's we maintain a Donations Account in which the donations are deposited. All monies received are recorded and a receipt is issued (if an address is available). A listing of all known donors is compiled and sent to the next of kin. Donations are forwarded to the nominated charity or organisation who we ask to acknowledge their receipt to the family.
We do not make deductions or charges for providing this service.
We will be pleased to advise you on provision of permanent memorials and headstones. Choice of the memorial, it's material and design are governed by the regulations which apply to the churchyard or cemetery in which it is to be placed.
There are samples available for viewing at our premises or, alternatively, we will be happy to bring sample photographs for you to view in the privacy of your home.
